Learn how to overcome adversities and balance the demands of school, practicum, and your personal life so that you thrive.

This evidence-based training will help you identify what really matters to you and will provide you with strategies for how to handle the thoughts and feelings that can get in the way of taking action.

Using a combination of mindfulness techniques, values clarification, and action planning, you will learn skills to navigate the stormy seas of life.

This training will help you:

  • Clarify and more effectively pursue personally valued life goals
  • Build your personal resilience
  • Avert stress and increase productivity
  • Reduce the impact of unhelpful thoughts and feelings, such as worry, low-mood, self-doubt, and irritation
  • Manage challenging situations
  • Restore and re-energize
